Subscription and Payment

• Strip, obscure, or fail to include required attribution when displaying TVR data or model outputs in downstream applications, AI agent responses, or automated systems
• Represent TVR model outputs as recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency, or frame them as personalized investment advice, in any downstream application or communication

Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing; access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscribers may request a prorated refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not been substantially utilized. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, though you may cancel to prevent automatic renewal.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

• Billing that occurred after a cancellation request was submitted

Non-Refundable Circumstances
